We started with one or two models and a market almost nobody had heard of. Ten years on, we develop our own panels, hold one of the UK's broadest infrared ranges, and heat everything from industrial warehouses to bathrooms with a team that knows the product.
From two models to a full catalogue.
We began selling infrared heaters when almost no companies in the UK were doing it — a couple of models, explaining the technology to every single customer who asked.
That habit stuck. As the range grew, so did the conviction that infrared only sells properly when it's explained properly. It's why our team spends months learning the product before they take a call, and why we'd rather talk you out of the wrong panel than sell you one.
Today we work directly with our manufacturing partners — mostly in Europe — developing and refining our own designs rather than badging someone else's. The Rose-PRO and the Armstrong both came out of that process, and both are still evolving.

All-electric heating gets cleaner as the grid does, with nothing burned at the point of use. We practise it too: our own office is heated by our panels running on solar.
